Just my own little catalog of beautiful/awesome pictures of things that we'd never get to see with the naked eye. This includes microscopy mostly, with some macro photography. …And I'm not gonna lie, probably 95% of this blog is devoted to invertebrates of some sort, just because I love 'em. So if you don't like seeing giant close-up bugfaces, this probably won't be your cup of tea. Submissions are always turned on & welcome. I do not own any content unless otherwise specified.

My apologies for the erratic nature of this blog. And welcome to all you new followers, thank you so much! I’m glad people seem to like the stuff I’ve collected here. My last post was a submission (of course I was very late to publish it, I received it a little while ago) and I just wanna say that this is highly encouraged! Maybe more submissions would persuade me to bring my computer out & get online more often. I don’t have the internet at home, so this is just sort of a when-I-have-the-chance kind of thing. Plus it’s winter here now, and very cold, and this doesn’t make me want to go out much aside from work. But I welcome any and all submissions, as long as they are relevant to the blog; macro photography is great, microscopy is great, any technique that enables the viewer to see something that is not visible to the naked eye, or in detail that the naked eye can’t show you. Tiny things made big! Yay!@5 days ago
